The College is based in Kew Gardens in London, surrounded by gardens and parkland. Andrew Fisher Tomlin is a Director of the College.

A unique post graduation service offering individually tailored tutorials and seminars, designed to support garden designers in their new careers.

Graduates have used this service in the past to support the making of show garden applications for the Chelsea Flower Show, business coaching and support for large commissions received early in their new careers.

Thrive offers a range of courses, bespoke training and consultancy for professionals who want to use gardening to benefit disabled people.

They also offer a unique quality assurance system, Cultivating Quality, which helps projects run their social and therapeutic horticulture activities effectively and efficiently.
